"I placed an order because the item was..."
I placed an order because the item was clearly shown as available, then later got told it wasn’t actually in stock. Frustrating, honestly. It kind of feels like they keep things listed just to get the order in first and worry about availability after. Not a great experience.

"Backorder Took a Little While"
The item ended up being backordered, so it took a bit longer than I expected. The updates were mostly fine, though maybe a little slow at times. Overall, not a huge issue, but it would’ve been nice to get updates a bit sooner

"Looked great at first, but didn’t really last"
I ordered this from By The Sword, it looked nice when it first arrived (so I was hopeful). Shipping was fine and everything showed up without any issue, but after using it a few times, I started noticing some wear. A few parts just didn’t feel as sturdy as I expected and came across a bit cheap. For the price, I really thought it would hold up better. Overall, it looks good, but I’m disappointed with the durability.

"Packaging Could’ve Been Better"
My order showed up on time, which was good. The packaging was kind of just okay though, the box was a little crushed and one corner was partly open. Thankfully, the item inside seemed fine, so it wasn’t a huge issue. I just feel like it probably could’ve been packed with a bit more care.

"Fast processing, which I really appreciate"
I ordered from bytheswordinc.com and was impressed with how quickly everything went through. I usually expect an order to sit for a day or two before anything happens, so getting updates that fast was a nice surprise. I have a low tolerance for sites that leave you guessing, and this one didn’t do that at all. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Really nice piece, just one tiny edge thing"
Overall I’m happy with it. The craftsmanship looks good and it feels well made. Only thing I noticed was one edge felt a little rough, like it could’ve used one more pass of sanding or finishing. Not a huge deal tho, just worth mentioning.

"Sizing ended up being right on"
I ordered a medieval shirt and wasn’t sure what to expect with the fit. I was already feeling mentally drained that day, so the last thing I wanted was to deal with returns or guessing on sizing.
I just went with the size chart on By The Sword, and it actually worked out really well. The shirt fit comfortably through the shoulders, and the sleeves weren’t awkwardly short or too long.
I’m really glad I didn’t size up like I almost did. It showed up fitting pretty much how I hoped, so overall I’m happy with it.

"As someone who’s picky about this..."
As someone who’s picky about this kind of stuff, I was genuinely happy with my order from bytheswordinc.com. The piece feels solid and well-made, not cheap or flimsy at all, and the details were even nicer than I expected. I’ve bought similar items before that looked cool online but felt rough in person, so this was a nice surprise. Definitely feels like something I’d be proud to keep in my collection, and I’d order from them again.

"Pretty close to what I expected"
I ordered the sword and, from what I remember of the photos, it was mostly the same. The size and weight felt right, which stood out to me more than the smaller details. There were a couple things that seemed a little different, though I can’t remember every tiny part from the listing. Overall, it’s not bad at all, I just thought it would match the pictures a bit more closely.

"Way More Options Than I Expected"
I wasn’t expecting them to have that many swords to choose from. There were all kinds of styles, not just the usual repeat items you see everywhere. If anything, they kind of made it harder on me because I kept going back and forth trying to pick one, but I guess that’s a good problem to have.
